That's right, our annual "Walk-to-Campus" list is back! Students, professors, professionals or anyone else looking to live near the UNC campus or in the heart of Chapel Hill, look no further, we've got the perfect place for you. To schedule a viewing of our "Walk-to-Campus" properties, simply call or email our office. The following suggestions will help the viewing process go smoothly:

 
  1. Check the Walk-to-Campus list to verify the start-date of the lease; some begin in June, some begin in July or August. Lease terms are for 12 months, unless specified otherwise.
  2. When you find properties that interest you, please take a walk or drive by them to help you narrow your search. 
  3. Once you have refined your search to your top two or three properties, call Dunlap Lilley Properties to schedule a viewing.
  4. Please provide at least two options of times during the week (Monday-Friday 11am-4:30pm) that your entire group can go and view the property of interest. We will then contact the current tenants of the property at least 24 hours in advance to let them know we're coming.  A representative of Dunlap Lilley Properties will meet you at the scheduled location and time. Let the viewing begin!
  5. When viewing a property, don't be afraid to ask questions! Be proactive and call utility companies for average rates for your desired property. 
  6. In order to reserve a property, a Security Deposit must be paid and each person in your group must submit applications for approval. Once approved, we will coordinate a time for your group to come and sign the lease. Please click here for a sample copy of our lease.
