Our goal is to make your rental experience a positive one. You'll find everything you need here to contact us, submit maintenance requests, and find the answers you need.

Need to pay your rent? We have several convenient payment options for you. 

  • Payment Online - Residents can now pay their rent online via a third-party provider in the online payment portal. Please note that there is a convenience fee associated with this service. This fee is paid directly to the credit card company processing the payment, not to Dunlap Lilley Properties, Inc. You will be notified of the fees on the payment page. Please click here to be redirected to the secure online payment page, or simply click the green button to the right. Please remember that online payments must be submitted by the due date & time as indicated in your lease.
  • Payment in Person - You may bring your payment directly to our office, located at 930 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Ste. 106 in Chapel Hill during normal business hours.
  • Payment after hours - Those that can't make it by 5pm can take advantage of our convenient after-hours drop-slot, located in our office door - Suite 106, on the first floor. Please remember to never place cash in the after-hours drop-slot. When paying by check or money order, be sure to fully complete all required information on the document, including your address and phone #, so that we can accurately process your payment. Also, please note that due to the varied nature of the businesses inside the 930 MLK building, that the building may be closed some evenings and weekends, rendering our drop-slot inaccessible. Dunlap Lilley Properties will not be responsible for any assessed late penalties that may occur as a result of the building being closed and payment unable to be made during those times. 
  • Payment by Mail - You can mail us your rent payment. Payments sent by mail that are received after the due date and time will be considered late, so be sure to allow plenty of time for your payment to arrive. For payment by mail, please send your payment to:

Forms of Payment - We accept rental payments in the form of personal checks and certified funds or money orders only; or if paying online, you may pay by electronic check or credit card.* When paying by check or money order, be sure to fully complete all required information on the document, including your rental address and phone #, so that we can accurately process your payment. Rent checks received without the property address notated may result in late fees. For the safety and security of our residents and employees, we will NOT accept cash under any circumstances.
