Maintenance Request Form

 Emergency Information

If you have a maintenance emergency issue during normal business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday) please call our office for assistance.

If you have a maintenance emergency issue after business hours or on weekends, you may call our emergency maintenance line. The following is a list of acceptable maintenance emergencies. Only these items will warrant a response from our emergency response team.

  1.  Fire - (call 911 and then our emergency line 919-260-6778)
  2.  Burst water pipe or other major water leak - (turn off the main water shut-off valve, then call our emergency line 919-260-6778)
  3.  Smell of gas inside the unit - (call 911, then call our emergency line 919-260-6778)
  4.  Smoke inside unit - (call 911, then call our emergency line 919-260-6778)

Please note that only the above maintenance emergencies should be called in after hours or on weekends.

The following two maintenance items may be called-in during business hours (all others should be in writing):

  1. **No Heat
  2. **Water leaking

**If your heat goes out or you are experiencing a plumbing leak during business hours, please call our office and we will assist you. Because our service vendors do not typically operate after business hours, a repair for these issues may not be able to be scheduled during those hours.

Please keep in mind that if the reason for your call is not on our list of maintenance emergencies, your account will be fined $100.
